Academy-Coordinated Monthly Billing
Monthly STEM Learning Plans operate on a recurring monthly billing cycle managed directly by the academy. Billing continues automatically until an official cancellation request has been filed and processed. You will be notified of your billing cycle date through the secure payment receipt sent by our checkout provider upon enrollment.
Cancellation Request Process
To stop recurring billing, you must submit an official cancellation request. You can do this at any time using the online cancellation form on this page or by emailing our admin desk at admin@nexllearning.com. Processing requires 1 to 3 business days.
No Pause Option
Due to tutor scheduling, customized STEM lesson preparation, and reserved class slots, temporary account pausing is currently not supported. If you need to pause lessons for holidays or exams, simply submit a cancellation request and re-enroll seamlessly when you are ready to resume.
No Auto-Refunds on Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops all future recurring renewals immediately after the current billing period, but does not trigger automatic refunds for the active billing cycle. For refund eligibility (e.g. 7-day trial or technical issues), please refer to our full Refund Policy.
100% Free STEM Trial — No Conditions
Our initial trial class is 100% free with zero obligation. You can continue with a structured Monthly Learning Plan after the trial or discontinue if, for any reason, the class format does not fit your child's schedule.
