5Cancellation and Refund Terms
All course registrations and subscription billings are governed by our dedicated policies:
- Refund Policy: Full 100% refund available within the 7-day trial period of paid enrollment; prorated credits for technical failures.
- Return & Cancellation Policy: Monthly Learning Plans operate on recurring cycles; cancellations require 1 to 3 business days to process.

All content published on NexlLearning — including syllabus documentation, coding exercises, videos, graphics, audio, interactive games, and curriculum notes — is protected by copyright laws and intellectual property rights owned by NEXL LEARNING LTD. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
